Wash cotton in cold water and dry it in the shade. Dry clean pure silk, or rinse it gently in cold water and store it wrapped in a cotton cloth. Iron on low heat, on the reverse side of the zari.

A light cotton vesti with a small checked (kattam) border, made for long, warm days. 2 metres. Wash in cold water with a mild soap and dry in the shade. Iron on medium heat.
